Fried Haddock
Quick and tasty recipe for fried haddock
Ingredients:
Haddock - 1 piece;
Onions - 3 pieces;
Flour for rolling - 5 tablespoons;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Sunflower oil for frying.
Fish gut and cleaned of black films, wash and dry. Cut into portions.
Sift the flour.
Dip each piece of fish in flour on one side.
Now on the other side.
Heat the frying pan with butter over low heat.
Putting the pieces, salt and pepper.
Fry a little and turn over. Season with salt and pepper.
