Quick and tasty recipe for fried haddock<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/u>:<\/p>\n

Haddock - 1 piece;<\/p>\n

Onions - 3 pieces;<\/p>\n

Flour for rolling - 5 tablespoons;<\/p>\n

Salt and pepper to taste;<\/p>\n

Sunflower oil for frying.<\/p>\n

Fish gut and cleaned of black films, wash and dry. Cut into portions.<\/p>\n

Sift the flour.<\/p>\n

Dip each piece of fish in flour on one side.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now on the other side.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Heat the frying pan with butter over low heat.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Putting the pieces, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n
