Pancakes

There is nothing better for breakfast on weekends than hot thin pancakes.

For their preparation, we need:

  • milk - 500 ml;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • flour - 200 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • sugar - 5 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

Pour milk into a bowl, break eggs, add sugar and salt. Thoroughly mix everything. Sift the flour to the dough turned out air and gentle. Add flour to the dough while stirring continuously.

The consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream. At the end, add the oil.

Put the pan on the heat and brush with oil to grease.

Pour the dough into a well heated pan. Bake at moderate heat.

As soon as one side is fried - turn over.

Ready-made pancakes can be eaten hot with various fillings.
